Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase made at CTKCLIP.SHOP.

1. Eligibility for Returns / Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 7 days after receiving the product, only if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, promotional gifts, and free samples are returned together.
  • The product is in resaleable condition.

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

2. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted if:

  • The product was opened or used.
  • The value of the product decreased due to customer handling.
  • The packaging was damaged (including boxes or seals removed).
  • The product was purchased at a promotional or clearance discount.
  • The product was customized or made-to-order.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product

If the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Attach unboxing photos or videos showing the condition of the product and shipping box.

We will cover all return shipping costs.

4. Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to customer’s change of mind:

  • Customer pays for return shipping.
  • If the initial order was shipped with "free shipping", the amount of the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 3–10 business days
  • Exchange is not available due to international shipping; a refund will be processed instead.

Exchange is not available for international orders — refund only.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

  • Duties and taxes are charged by customs and are not refundable.
  • If customs returns the package due to refusal, incorrect address, or missing tax payment, shipping and return costs will be deducted from refund.
